expensive price basic items
The breakfast was disappointing. It did not justify the cost. I had to pay extra for basic items such as a toothbrush and slippers. The bar service was slow. It often lacked staff

The persistent smell of cigarette smoke was unmistakable, which triggered an asthma attack for my mother. This was distressing. the cleanliness standards were subpar, evident throughout the room. Dust was under the bed and around the headboard. mold was present in the shower, a serious lack of maintenance!!!

attentive housekeeper new sheets clean room
Membar, the housekeeper, he was very attentive. He cleaned the room well each day after my work. The room smelled so fresh and new sheets were on the bed. I liked it so much.
The breakfast buffet had too limited choice, it needed some more varieties.

The rooftop pool provides a spot for relaxation. I noted many guests enjoyed this space. There is a small toilet near the swimming pool. It was clean and well maintained.

Iftar food was good, including many local dishes. The restaurant staffs were friendly during breakfast. Misoumi always greeted me with a smile. She was very attentive too.
